Finding a family accommodation in the centre of Tokyo for a reasonable price is not an easy task. We stayed in a 28 m2 room with 3 single beds and a view of Tokyo tower from the window. It was perfect for our family. For breakfast they offer porridge which was good. Lobby was clean with coffee and a good variety of teas offered. Overall, the place was new and clean, and had much more positive atmosphere than a traditional Japanese business hotel we've been before. Would totally recommend.

The rooms were bigger than most other hotel rooms in Japan. The staff was friendly and some spoke English. Loved that they have an ice machine and a laundry room.

I didn't use the free drinks or the breakfast. I thought there was only a shower but we had a bath in our hotel room and that was really nice. I wanted to try the congee restaurant but I didn't have time. The check-in and check-out procedures were extremely quick.

Some of the staffs are Filipino and some of the Japanese even greeted in Filipino. They were very helpful and accomodating on the customer's needs. They even point you to the nearest establishment like restaurant or money exchange

tidy clean rooms in good location close to the Tokio Tower. The staff is very kind, especially that early morning when the hotel staff did all their best to look out for a taxi to the airport since I did not have an Japanese Taxi app to reserve one. Thank you for finding me that taxi!

Great location, business district so it's quiter than other areas which is really nice. It's also very easy to get around on foot.

Conveniently located - Mita subway entrance very close and less than 10mins from a train station. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Easy walk to Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower.

The location is good, about 10 minutes walk from Tamachi Station. The staff are friendly but they were not really speaking English. You can get your Google Translator ready. The room is good price value for me as a single person, clean, well equipped and quiet.

The room is perfect size for 1 person. Clean and close to metro. Very easy access from Haneda Airport.
